We review submissions on a rolling basis. If your request is time-sensitive, include your dates in the subject line.
We love receiving thoughtful proposals—from creators, brands, hosts, and cultural partners.
To help us review quickly (and respond faster), please follow the guidelines below. Submissions that don’t follow these guidelines may not be reviewed.

We consider

Creative Collaborations

  • Photography and film projects
  • Editorial productions and storytelling
  • Brand collaborations aligned with Al Badiya and Al Rihla
  • Cultural projects rooted in place, craft, or experience

Press & Media Inquiries

  • Editorial features and interviews
  • Travel, culture, design, and lifestyle coverage
  • Press stays and experience requests (subject to availability)

Before you Submit

Please send one concise PDF for initial review.
Unstructured emails or large image folders may not be reviewed.

Your submission should include:

  1. Who you are: Name, location, and a link to your website / portfolio / publication
  2. Your proposal: A clear description of the project or inquiry (1–2 short paragraphs)
  3. Why Al Badiya: Why this collaboration or feature makes sense for both of us
  4. Visual reference: 6–12 curated images inside the PDF (compressed)
  5. Timing: Proposed dates or publishing timeline
  6. Context: Budget, scope, or production details if relevant

File guidelines:

  • Format: PDF only
  • Max size: 10MB
  • Optional: one external link (Drive / SwissTransfer)

What we don’t review

  • Large folders of unedited images
  • Generic collaboration requests without a clear concept

Response time

We review submissions on a rolling basis.
If your proposal aligns, we’ll be in touch. If you don’t hear back within 10–14 days, it usually means we can’t proceed at this time.
